Shipping Method

 

Bohostyle ships everything from Porto - Portugal, where we are located. We offer worldwide shipping and work closely with local carriers. After processing your order with our local manufacturing partners, we will ship your order with Express Registered post service. Within Europe, you'll get your order between 1 and 25 useful days depending on your specific location and our stock situation. Outside of Europe, you'll get your order between 5 and 29 useful days depending on your specific location and our stock situation.

 

Same Day Delivery

 

We offer Same Day Delivery for selected items in selected cities, which means that you will get your order in the same day of purchase in the pickup points in Portugal, within 48 hours if sent by post mail in Portugal and Spain, in 72 hours for countries inside Europe and 7 business days for the rest of the world.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only, and are based on the dispatch time. Bohostyle cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approvals, though we will try to minimize any potential delays. Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country

 

Return Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should return your item to the address provided in the original packaging. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Money Back Guarantee


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your refund does not arrive at the expected time, kindly contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
