Shipping & Returns

  • Where do you ship to?
    We offer worldwide shipping which means you can place the order on our website and we will deliver it to you, whatever country you are in. We offer two delivery options (with some country exceptions): Regular Mail through National Post Office Service and Express Shipping through DHL (courier).
  • How much time does it take to deliver my order?
    Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day after ordering. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. This service includes deliver in hands with signature. The average transit times are as follows (please consider extra time for your customs check): • Portugal: 1-3 working days • Spain: 3-4 working days • Spain Islands: 4-5 days • EU countries: 5-8 days • Rest of Europe: 8-10 days Delivery is made from Monday to Friday during working hours, usually in the morning. If you are not at home we recommend that you give us an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of order your order will be abandoned. We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for the payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union. Please double check your address details when completing your order as bohostyle does not take responsibility for missing packages (phone number, correct email, door number, ...). COVID-19 disclaimer The current global epidemic affected the carriers' capacity worldwide, so unexpected delays may occur while shipping your order. Orders outside Europe may be especially impacted by this. Bohostyle is not responsible for delays related to local lockdowns.
  • How can I track my order?

  • How can I return my order?
    You can return any of your purchased items. Your returned items must arrive at our office within 14 days after you receive them. You may receive a refund of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition. If our tests prove that the items were already worn or changed (except for fitting purposes), we will not accept them. The items will be sent again to the customer, with no warning. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure. Please follow this steps: • make sure that your bohostyle pieces are packed in our boxes. • return your order to the bohostyle address on your package • (outside European Union) At the post offices, clarify on the customs declaration, on the outside of the package please mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" and declare 0 euros to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges on packages returned by customs. (if you don´t do this we may never receive the package and we cannot make a refund).   • Can I exchange the products I received?
    You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange your purchase from bohostyle. You can change the size or colour of your item or for another item. To make an exchange, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase. Please see the returns policy above or contact us at or on the contact form.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your refund does not arrive at the expected time, kindly contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears on your bank statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at or through our contact form.
